Expectations of members of AIIM.
American International Institute of Management is keen to encourage development of management skills at all levels and you do NOT have to have qualifications or experience to join and benefit from our services. As a non university degree holder, we offer certificate and diploma courses to build you up to the level of professional manager. For practising managers, there are three categories of membership status thus;
Associate: Status for experienced practising managers and senior cadre administrative operativesincluding other non degree holders. Holders of this status have no abbreviations in front of their names.
Member: Status for university degree holders with or without working experience. Holders of this statushave the abbreviations of AIIM in front of their name. If they hold a specialist management certificate in such areas as marketing, human resource management etc, additional abbreviation of the relevant group is added, e.g. (AIIM) and (ASCM) the abbreviations of the American Society of Chartered Marketers.
Fellow: Status for high skill and executive professionals, chief executive of companies, directors,professors, and other highly rated decision makers.
Corporate: Status for business entity, organisations, institutions, and private trainers willing to run management training programs leading to certificate and diploma of the Institute. Corporate members are accredited to use the logo of the institute on their management training publications and advertisements.
